Policies

New patients are welcome in our practice. Once you have scheduled your appointment, we will send you a link to our patient portal to complete your patient history. Doing so will make your visit a more timely one. New patients are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time for registration to be completed and processed.

Return patients are asked to arrive 15 min prior to their appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the patient may have to reschedule or may be worked in at a later time that day depending on the patient load for the day. In an effort to better serve our patients, we ask that patients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

No Show Policy

All appointments not rescheduled or cancelled with a 48 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment time will incur an $25.00 no show fee. Surgeries procedures that are cancelled with less than 10-day notice will be subject to a $150.00 non-refundable service fee.

Children Policy

Promised Land Women’s Center wants to ensure the health and well being of our new born bundle of joys. We ask that no kids over the age of 8 months be allowed in the office at any time.

We truly appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policies as we are working to provide you with quality obstetrics and gynecological care, as well as excellent customer service care.
